(The TV show is so much better than the books you guys, but is quite dark and gritty at times and not nice to cats so viewer beware)
Lives with his BFF/platonic life mate/High Queen Margo Hanson (not_a_goddamn_princess)
Works at the Magic Box
is High King (in absentia) of the magical kingdom Fillory
Mostly because Ember, one of the gods of Fillory, thought he'd be a hilarious fuck up
Tried really hard not to be a hilarious fuck up, and in the process assisted in murdering the gods of Fillory
You know, as you do
Is probably overdue for a canon run, WHO WANTS TO CHASE KEYS ON A FLYING SHIP?
Is a classically trained Magician and as such can do magic
Which in his universe involves very precise hand gestures and incantations
Perfect fodder for all your "nice hand jive" jokes!

(Yeah, that "based on" is basically a technicality. They took a very general theme from the novella and ran with it right off the rails into a wall. But in a mostly entertaining way.)
Lives with his partners Octavia ~~Blake~~ (okteiviakom) and Lucifer Morningstar (my_own_advocate)
Owns Luke's, the town diner
Which is hiring, by the way!
is partway through a run through season four of his canon and thus in for a lot of trauma
Needs to get out into town more
Though that is true about most of my folks right now
Has a "trouble", which is like a super power only way worse!
In his case, it means that when he comes into contact with blood that isn't 100% run of the mill human, it's very likely he'll absorb it and get a PCP type violent high
I leave it up to each player as to whether their blood will affect him
But it's more fun if it will, lbr

And yes, both his partners have blood that will set off his trouble

(And not the Roswell TV show from 1999, though it's definitely not pretending to not at least be influenced by that show. While being better. It's a better show. Which doesn't mean it's good but — look. I enjoy trash, okay? Soapy, soapy trash)
Lives by herself above Luke's and works at Groovy Tunes
Handwavily spends much of her time on the mainland attending art school
Is an artist, with a firm love for cynical graffiti, aliens, and skeletons
Is a recovering addict and not shy about it
And the coolest dork you'll ever meet
Got murdered by an evil alien at the age of 19 and spent a decade dead in an alien incubation pod before being resurrected as a Grand Romantic Gesture
And as such has fancy alien hearing powers
She can hear the resonant frequency of things around her
(And per the currently airing season can mute sound in her immediate vicinity, so that's cool)
Is just getting around to actually telling other people these details.
Will probably start doing more of that if/when I get her out more

(I don't have a funny or interesting parenthetical for this, by now you either watch Grey's or you don't, it's been on fiveever)
Lives with his dog Probie at the fire station because even though he's been here for a year and a half he's never gotten around to actually getting his own place
Look. He found something that generally works for him. It wasn't really a problem until he started dating, okay?
Oh yeah, he and Stark (stykera) are for-real dating now and they're adorable
Is like technically in charge of the ~~himbos~~ fire-bros at the station
Probably shouldn't be
May or may not eventually go through a very modified version of his canon, sans COVID plotline
Probably depends on how his campaign for mayor of Seattle goes in the upcoming season
Has no super powers. Unless you count his ability to be Super Judgemental.
